Returns & Exchanges
We’re confident you’ll love your Trade Union Supply goods as much as we do, but we believe in good fits and certainly understand when there isn’t one. To return or exchange your goods, drop us a note within 7 days of order delivery at email@example.com - include your order number and reason for return/exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For an exchange, we will cover the shipping back to you.
Merchandise and custom/personalized goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We can accept cancellations within 8 hours of placing your order – just drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org - include your order number and cancellation request. Please note that we may ship your order before the 8-hour mark, making your order ineligible for cancellation.
Custom/personalized orders cannot be cancelled.
Prepayment only. We accept most major credit cards, PayPal and other payment options. All our accepted payment options are shown during checkout.
We know you want to get your goods as fast as possible, so we usually ship within 1-3 business days of order placement. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days by most shipping carriers. International orders are typically delivered within 5-14 business days by most carriers and may be subject to customs delays.
